Our family run business is here to brighten your day, show you a good time and recommend something new to you. We serve beautifully crafted cocktails with history.

Our cocktails are spirit forward, refined and very often something that you would not have tried before. We’d be only too happy to recommend one to you based on your own tastes.

We also have delicious craft beer on draught from Bristol’s Lost & Grounded Brewery, as well as a larger bottled and canned selection. We have fine wines curated by Berkmann wine cellars that are again a little different from the norm. Ask us about our orange wine!

Our outstanding coffee is supplied by Oddkin Coffee Roasters and is available in a wider variety of styles than anywhere else in Stratford. Want a recommendation? We love a chat!

Jill worked for South African Breweries in the 1980’s as Personal Assistant to the Chief Brewing Engineer, giving Jill an excellent grounding in the delights of good ales and fine wines.

Jordan Burrows

Deputy Manager

Jordan has previously worked at The Head of Steam, Penny Blacks, The George Townhouse and the Masons Arms Strawberry Bank.
His favourite cocktail is an old fashioned, made with a combination of both bourbon and rye, however Jordan is also a big rum fan.

If he’s not at Café Cocktail, you’ll likely find him in a turtle neck, drinking a flat white and having fun with his kids. Jordan was the perfect choice to be such an important part of our team. His passion for both great coffee and refined cocktails is unrivalled. Our director Matthew worked side by side with Jordan at The George Townhouse so knows first hand how hard he works and how much fun he is to be around.
