A stirred drink, made with Barbancourt 3 star Haitian rhum, Benriach Smokey Ten Scotch, Smith & Cross pot stilled Jamaican rum, luxardo maraschino, rosemary and chocolate bitters. Flavour profile: Earthy and deep with a hint of funk. Available all week. Dim Son has been created by our very own Benji (aged12)! He is a huge fan of mocktails and after seeing the rest of the team have their turn at creating a drink, couldn’t wait to have his own. It has been inspired by aromatic flavours. Made with Alcohol free Blue Agave spirit, lemongrass, lime, cucumber, watermelon and mint.
